Team Work is my favorite part of this job : I have the great opportunity to have smart coworkers and our interactions while working together make every one improve their own skills.

In my career, I saw the difference between leading a project on my own and leading a project with a team. Today, I can say teamwork made me think in a different way, adopt other approaches born from discussions and debates in order to solve issues or to reach aims.

  For example, in HAPI project, we chose Agile work method to enable our 4 team members to develop features and deliver a v.0 API from scratch in almost 6 months.

​

It's not innocent that new work method as Agile is so efficient in the Work World. The optimization of relations between coworkers is the key to :

 - bringing celerity in project achievement.

 - bringing high quality work.

 - bringing pleasure and satisfaction to the team members.

​

  In Wabot Project, we have split the features workflow development between the team members in function of their skills (by technology).This way, we were able to share our own knowledge but we exchanged a lot together which make every one build up their automation skills.

​

All these experiences would not have been possible without my former and current managers’ open mindedness.

​

  During a DRP event, Team work is mandatory. As it implies a lot of changes in a limited time, I had to speak to my colleagues about the blocking point I met to find the best solution and reach the expected goal in time.
