Client Service
Owner of a Baccalaurréat STT ACC (Action et Communication Commerciale), I used to early in my carreer, give a great importance to the client service.

My first job mission (Le Bihan IT Consulting) implied that I was often in contact of the customer. I've quickly understood that it was not a simple daily job but I had a Company representative function.

It was really important for me to have a good customer feedback. I used to make them fill a satisfaction document at the end of my interventions.
​
Today again (in a different way) I'm a HAPI service provider and I use to enhance it everyday to keep the customer satisfaction at its best level for example by inviting the customers to participate to our Sprint meeting to have his opinion on the HAPI developpement way. If it's not adapted to his need, he can speak of it so that we are able to target the need more efficiently.
