Lead a project is the kind of challenges I had during the last years.

It involves Technical skills but not only. Organisation and people relations are concepts I learnt to see the importance.

​

  I learnt it early in my career: I had to plan,take contact with the client, prepare the installation of PSNext in the customers environments...without adding that PSNext Software goal is especially Project Management. From the moment I received the installation mission from the Sciforma's commercial service until my mission return I had to manage each step of the mission as a project (1st contact client, Train/Plane/Taxi/Inn booking, Installation, training...).

  Hapi project is the total example of a "from scratch" managed project. As a team, my coworkers and I decided of everything  from the project idea to the production implementation.

We discovered and adopted concepts as Story Mapping, Kanban, Scrum, brainstormings....which allowed us to have a quick and good idea of the project state at each step of its development.
